Hometaste allows you to order authentic homemade food, prepared by top inspected and local home chefs and professional chefs in your neighbourhood. Simply select your region, browse the food that is available and place your order online. Your chef will then prepare your food fresh from the scratch on your nominated delivery date and we deliver them hot, straight to your door. We deliver of meals to suburbs in Canberra and Queanbeyan between 6.00 pm and 7.30 pm on your chosen date. Please specify in the delivery instructions if you need delivery at a specific time. Your delivery driver will ring or text you when they reach your area. Our daily changing menus provide you with a variety of options. You can place orders days in advance or by 2.00 pm for same-day dinner delivery. We ask that where possible, you order ahead of time as we make limited quantities of each dish and we would hate for you to be disappointed if your favourite meals were not available.

You can use a Master Card, Visa Card or PayPal to pay for your order. We use secured payment gateways such as ‘Stripe’ and ‘PayPal’ to process payments and all payment transactions are secured and encrypted.
Yes, there is a delivery fee ranging from $5 to $7, depending upon your location. The delivery fee will be displayed on the ‘Payment Method’ page when you place your order.
As soon as your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address including the order summary and payment details.
Yes, you can cancel or change your order by contacting us at support@hometaste.com.au or on 0404667639 before 2.00 pm on your chosen delivery date in order to receive a refund. Cancellations and changes to orders cannot be processed after 2.00 pm on the day of delivery.
Yes. On your chosen delivery date, you will receive a Home Delivery Reminder email to your nominated email address in the morning.
